SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2-3 squash or cups peeled and chunked
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can creamed of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. sour dairy cream (optional)
1/2 c. butter
2-3 slices bread, toasted and crumbled up
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Put squash and onion in pan and cook until tender. Drain, place in casserole dish. Add soup, 1/4 cup of the cheese, and some bread crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with butter and remaining cheese. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
