2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano or basil

Mix all together thoroughly. Put in a greased 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.

Bake in 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
