3 c. diced zucchini
4 eggs
3/4 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. grated cheese
3/4 tsp. pepper
3 oz. cooking oil

Combine all ingredients and place in greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Can be refrigerated overnight prior to baking.
