GRILLED VEGETABLE PACKS 
small onion
3 carrots
5 potatoes
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. broccoli
bottle of honey Dijon Ranch dressing

Prepare vegetables by peeling, washing, slicing and chopping. Place vegetables in large piece of aluminum foil. Dot with butter and season to taste. Wrap up in foil and place on the grill in 350°F oven for 40 minutes. Remove, unwrap and top with honey Dijon Ranch dressing.
