TRUFFLES 
1 stick butter
4 squares semi sweet Baker's chocolate
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
Chopped nuts, powdered sugar and, or flakes coconut
1 tbsp. rum

Let chocolate melt in double boiler. Stir until smooth and let cool slightly. Cream butter. Mix in melted chocolate, powdered sugar and cocoa. Make balls the size of walnuts. Roll in finely chopped nuts, powdered sugar or flaked coconut. One tablespoon rum may be added to this recipe.
