FRUIT SALAD 
20 oz. pineapple chunks
16 oz. peach slices
11 oz. mandarin oranges
3 bananas, sliced
2 apples, cut up

DRESSING:

1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. concentrated orange juice
3/4 c. sour cream

Drain fruit and mix together. Blend dressing. Pour dressing over fruit, toss and refrigerate for several hours.
