1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1/4 c. chopped walnuts 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. 10X sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 3 c. milk Can use chocolate or lemon pudding. Mix flour, butter and walnuts. Pat in bottom of 9"x15" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees, not too brown. Cool. Beat cream cheese and 10X sugar 3 minutes. Spread over cooled layer. Spread Cool whip over about 1/3 container. Mix pudding and milk, when starts to set up put on top. Add rest of Cool Whip on top. Decorate with cherries or desired fruit. |
