CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. backfin crab meat
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 med. green pepper, diced
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
Additional mayonnaise
Paprika, for garnish

Combine all ingredients and put into scrubbed and boiled crab shell (or casserole). Spread top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browned lightly.
