IMPERIAL CRAB | |
1 lb. backfin crab meat 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt t 3/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. mayonnaise Dash Worcestershire sauce 1 egg, beaten 1/4 green pepper, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped Cook green pepper and celery in microwave 2 minutes or until soft. Mix all ingredients; toss gently with backfin crabmeat. Spoon into molds. Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. |
