IMPERIAL CRAB 
1 lb. backfin crab meat
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt t 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped

Cook green pepper and celery in microwave 2 minutes or until soft. Mix all ingredients; toss gently with backfin crabmeat. Spoon into molds. Top with mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
