IMPERIAL CRAB III 
1 lb. lump crab
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine

Saute above together, add 2 tablespoons flour and 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook 5 minutes. Add 2 beaten eggs, remove from stove, add 1 tablespoon dry mustard, salt, pepper to taste. Dash of Worcestershire sauce. Put in shells and top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
