SUNDAY COMPANY SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. mushroom pieces, drained and sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. French fried onion rings

Mix peas, bean sprouts, mushroom soup, and mushrooms. Put in casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings on top and bake another 15 minutes.
