GRILLED BREADSTICKS 
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
2 sourdough sandwich rolls

Combine 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves. Cut sourdough sandwich rolls (each 6 inches long) lengthwise into quarters. Brush bread equally with seasoned oil. Lay wedges on a grill and lightly toast on all sides, 2 to 3 minutes total. Makes 8 pieces.
