2 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
2/3 c. Crisco (always)
1/2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix in a large bowl. Mix 5 full minutes at medium speed. Always keep covered in airtight container. Kitchen mixer, use high speed. If icing is too thin, add powdered sugar.
