CRANBERRY APPLE MOLDS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or mixed fruit gelatin
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Break up cranberry sauce with fork, and add to gelatin mixture. Chill until very thick. Fold in apples. Pour into mold, chill until firm. Unmold and serve. Makes 4 cups, 6 to 8 servings.
