CRANBERRY APPLE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 red delicious apple, unpeeled & coarsely grated
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of ground cloves

Dissolve Jello in water; let cool. Stir in next 7 ingredients, and spoon into a lightly oiled 4 cup mold. (Can use a Bundt pan.) Cover and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Garnish with fresh cranberries and orange rind strips. Serves 8.
