MOLDED CRANBERRY-APPLE SALAD 
1 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped unpeeled apples
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 c. walnut pieces
1 c. pineapple juice

In food grinder or processor, grind cranberries, apples. Place in small bowl with sugar; let stand 30 minutes. Meanwhile in large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in pineapple juice. Chill until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon. Fold in cranberry mixture, crushed pineapple, grapes, and walnuts. Pour into square pan. Chill until firm.
