SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
Flour, salt and pepper
2 tbsp. Kraft oil
1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 green pepper, cut into strips
12 oz. jar Kraft pure pineapple preserves

Coat meat with seasoned flour, brown in oil. Add barbecue sauce, vinegar and water. Cover; simmer for 1 hour adding green pepper and preserves during last 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
