EGG BRUNCH BAKE | |
1 lb. ground pork sausage 6 eggs 6 slices white bread 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 1 tsp. prepared mustard Brown sausage; drain well. Cube bread and layer in bottom of pyrex baking dish, 11 x 13 inch. Put sausage on bread; spread on cheese. Beat together eggs, milk and mustard (in blender). Pour over bread and sausage. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. Serve with hot rolls and jelly, and fresh tomatoes or melon. |
