CAESAR SALAD 
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 egg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices cooked bacon (bits)
1 c. croutons

Wash lettuce and drain on paper towel. Peel garlic and crush in bowl with salt to taste. Add egg and mix. Add olive oil, lemon juice and pepper; mix. Break lettuce into 3 inch pieces and toss with dressing. Add bacon, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and croutons. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
