CHEESEBURGER BAKE 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. shortening
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to season
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup

Combine first 5 ingredients; brown and drain. Add tomato sauce and catsup. Pour in square 9 inch pan. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese.

BISCUIT SQUARES:

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in shortening. Add milk all at once. Stir until dough clings together in a ball. Knead lightly on floured board. Roll out to 8 or 9 inch square. Cut with a glass. Place side by side on top hamburger mixture. Bake until golden brown at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
