CHEESY TUNA SALAD CUP | |
4 Sunshine shredded wheat biscuits 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked 1/4 c. celery, finely chopped 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped 1/2 c. mayonnaise Salt & pepper to taste 1 slice processed cheese, cut into strips Scoop out centers of biscuits with small sharp knife to make cups. Place scooped out centers in bowl; add tuna, celery, onion, about 1/2 cup mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well and spoon into cups, dividing evenly. Top each cup with 2 cheese strips. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Makes 4 servings. |
