TABOOLIE SALAD 
2 c. cracked wheat cereal
1 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 - 1 c. lemon juice
1/2 - 1 c. unrefined safflower oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Soak cracked wheat in 1 cup warm water for an hour or so. Add other ingredients and toss together. Chill before serving. Serves 8.
