TABOULY SALAD | |
1 c. fine wheat (bulgur) 1 bunch green onions, chopped 4 lg. firm tomatoes, chopped 1 tbsp. salt (or to taste) 4 bunches parsley, finely chopped 1 c. olive oil 1/2 c. lemon juice (or to taste) Rinse wheat several times in cold water. Squeeze to remove excess moisture. Add all other ingredients to wheat; blend well and season to taste. |
