ANGEL FLAKE BISCUITS 
5 c. self rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c.shortening
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk

Mix flour and sugar. Cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add buttermilk to yeast. Pour yeast mixture all at once to flour mixture. Knead slightly. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Dough may be stored in refrigerator for several weeks.
