HOT TURKEY AND GRAVY 
4 to 5 lb. turkey pieces (wings, thighs, legs)
5 c. water
1 c. flour
Salt & pepper

Salt turkey lightly, add 1 1/2 cups water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in covered roaster. Turn occasionally to assure uniform cooking. Cut turkey into bite-size pieces. Pour broth into large pan, add 2 cups water. Add turkey, heat on medium temperature. Blend 1 cup flour and 1 1/2 cups water. Add gradually to turkey and broth. Cook slowly, stirring until gravy thickens and boils, about 3 to 5 minutes. Season to taste. Serve over bread.
