HOT TURKEY SANDWICHES 
1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, diced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion, diced
2 tbsp. celery, minced
1 c. bread crumbs
Broth or gravy

Melt butter in a skillet and cook the onion, celery and bread crumbs in it until they are golden. Stir in the turkey, salt and pepper and enough gravy or broth to make it hold together. Spoon into hot buns or onto slices of toast. Serve piping hot.
