HOT TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 c. diced turkey
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of turkey or chicken soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Place in casserole and top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Chicken may be used instead of turkey.
