CHICKEN OR TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 lg. chicken, cooked & cut into chunks
2 c. broth reserved from cooked chicken (you may use canned broth)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 loaf cubed white bread
1/2 onion, diced
2 whole eggs, beaten
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. sage
Chopped celery, optional

May use canned chicken or left over turkey works great!

Combine the meat with mushroom soup and set aside. Combine bread, onion, sage, eggs, salt, pepper and broth.

On bottom layer of 9 x 13 inch pan, use 1/2 of the bread mixture. On the second layer add the meat mixture. Use the remaining half of bread mixture for top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. This is a great way to use left over turkey.
