HERB SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. warm water

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients and form into small balls.

Bake on a rack in a shallow pan for 20 minutes.

Note: These can be made and frozen; remove from freezer and bake 25 to 30 minutes.

Yield: 4 dozen.
