1 lb. sausage uncooked
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 box pork stuffing mix with flavor package
1 small onion grated or finely chopped
1/2 green pepper finely chopped
1 beaten egg

Mix all above ingredients together. Add small amount of water if dry. Form into walnut size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake in 325°F oven 20 to 25 minutes. You may have to turn once.
