POPPY SEED LOAF 
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 tsp. butter extract
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/8 c. oil

Sift first three ingredients. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Pour into two large or four small lightly greased loaf pans.

Bake for one hour at 350°F. Pour glaze over warm cake.

Glaze:

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. butter extract
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
