1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c. cold strong coffee
3 c. diced apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted flour

Mix butter, white sugar and brown sugar; add the eggs. Mix dry ingredients together and add vanilla, coffee and apples. Mix well. Pour in 9"x13" greased and floured pan. Sprinkle white sugar and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
