QUICK PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 (12 oz.) can salted peanuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter

Grease 1 large cookie sheet. Place on wire rack. Spread peanuts on cookie sheet. In 2 quart saucepan, stir together remaining ingredients. Stirring occasionally, bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat and boil 14 minutes. Mixture should boil gently over entire surface. Pour over peanuts. Cool. Break into pieces. Makes 2 pounds.
