1 pt. strawberries, cleaned & hulled
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla
Grated brown & white chocolate
2 tbsp. chopped pistachio nuts

Reserve several strawberries for garnish. Puree remainder in blender or food processor. Combine pureed strawberries, sugar, yogurt and vanilla. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Garnish with chocolate and nuts.
