CHOCOLATE SCOTCHEROOS | |
1 c. light corn syrup, Karo 1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. coconut, optional 5 c. Rice Krispies or Cornflakes 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 1 (12 oz.) pkg. scotch morsels (chips) Bring to boil on medium heat syrup and sugar, stir frequently. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and coconut; mix well. Stir in cereal a little at a time. Press into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside. |
