ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
3 med. zucchini, sliced length-wise, about 1/2 inch thick
1 lg. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
Grated locatelli or Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs. Italian sweet sausage

Fry sausages, drain. When cook, cut lengthwise, 1/4 inch thick. Lightly grease a 12 inch casserole with a little sausage grease. Put 1 layer of zucchini, then one layer of sausage the opposite way from the zucchini. Place one layer of Mozzarella and sprinkle with locatelli. Repeat all layers. Top with grated cheese and just cover surface with Italian bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake for 5 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
