SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME 
1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) can (2 c.) cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. chopped canned pimento
Dash pepper
1 well beaten egg
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs

Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg. Add cracker crumbs, onion, pimento, and salt and pepper; mix well. Pour into greased 8" round baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serves 6.
