SAUTEED FISH 
2 fish fillets
3 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 c. white wine
1 tbsp. flour

In a large pan, fry onion with the butter, parsley and garlic. Roll up the fish fillets and place onto pan. Turn heat down to medium, cover pan and cook for 15 minutes. Put flour in bowl, add enough water that, when stirred, will make a thin paste. Pour into pan with fish and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Add white wine. Can be served with rice. Serves 4.
