CHILE MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
Oil
2 (7 oz.) cans green chile salsa
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 med. onions, diced

Combine all ingredients, except oil and salsa, and mix thoroughly. Shape into small meatballs and fry in oil until brown. Place meatballs in crock pot; pour salsa over meatballs and simmer 1 hour. Makes about 75 meatballs.
