1 box med. shells; cook as directed, drain and add 1 stick butter 8-10 med. potatoes; cook, then mash with 1 stick butter and sm. amount of milk 1 block cheddar cheese (N.Y. Sharp, cut in cubes); add to potatoes 1 med. onion sauteed in 1 stick butter Combine all ingredients (as prepared) together in crock pot. Add 1 stick butter on top so that it melts down through while cooking. Cook in crock pot on high heat for 1 hour, then turn heat to low and cook for several more hours. |
