PARMESAN CHICKEN 
6 chicken breast halves (boneless)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp. olive oil or canola
1/3 c. chicken broth
6 lemon wedges

Rinse chicken but do not dry. Coat chicken with Parmesan and crumbs which have been mixed together. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken approximately 5 minutes on each side; remove to platter. Reduce heat to medium; add broth to skillet and stir to loosen drippings. Remove from heat. Serve over chicken with lemon wedges.
