GREEN PEPPER JELLY 
3 lg. green pepper or 3 c. chopped green peppers
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
Few drops green food coloring

Blend peppers in blender with 1/2 cup of the vinegar. In large saucepan combine rest of vinegar, salt, cayenne and sugar. Add pepper mixture. Boil 5 minutes. Cool 2 minutes. Add Certo and food coloring. Pour into jars.
