1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Combine cake mix, butter, eggs, nuts and coconut thoroughly and pat into a 9x13 pan.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

Blend. Spread over 1st layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
