NEIMAN MARCUS CAKE 
1 box Swiss chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 box (4 c.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1-2 Hershey bars, shaved

Combine Swiss chocolate cake mix, 1 cup chopped nuts, 2 eggs and softened butter in a bowl and mix by hand (no electric mixer). Spread into greased 13"x9" pan.

In another bowl combine powdered sugar, vanilla, 2 eggs and cream cheese. Use mixer and beat until creamy. Pour on top of chocolate layer and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool almost completely and then add the following layer: cover with Cool whip and sprinkle on top of the Cool Whip the following in this order: chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut and shaved Hershey bars. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Better made the day before to let the flavors blend.
