1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. mild roll sausage
1 c. chopped onions
2 fresh eggs
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. sage (ground)
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 tbsp. catsup
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients except catsup in large bowl. Mix well, using your hands or large spoon, but mix really good. Form into loaf and cover with the catsup.

Bake 370 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. If microwaved, place in microwave baking pan and bake for 18 minutes or until done. (Heats vary with microwaves.) Drain when baked, use juice for gravy if desired. Cool and slice.
