KIELBASA SAUSAGE PITAS 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. sliced Kielbasa, 1/4 inch slices
2 c. drained sauerkraut
1 c. chopped onion
Pita bread

Remove casing from sausage, cut up and saute. Remove and add Kielbasa slices (if casing thick, remove before sauteing). Pour off excess fat and saute onion. Simmer all together, stirring frequently. Add sauerkraut and cook until heated through. Spoon into bread. May put Ranch dressing over meat mixture.
