KIELBASA SAUSAGE TWIST 
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. onion
1 c. carrots
1 c. celery
1 clove garlic, minced
28 oz. tomatoes, undrained, break into pieces
16 oz. kidney beans, undrained
1 lb. kielbasa, cut 1/4 inch cubes, browned
8 oz. twist macaroni
1 c. cabbage, finely chopped
1 c. water

Heat oil, saute onions, celery, garlic and carrots. Cook 3 minutes. Add broken tomatoes and beans. Simmer 5 minutes. Add sausage, macaroni, cabbage and water. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer, cover and cook until macaroni is tender.
