KIELBASA SAUSAGE 
3 lb. kielbasa
5 med. potatoes, quartered
5 carrots, cut in 3 inch pieces
1 lg. can tomatoes
3 cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper
3 lg. onions, quartered

Cut sausage into pieces 3 to 4 inches longer. Put all ingredients in large roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 hours, or until potatoes and carrots are done, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
