CARROT BREAD | |
2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs 1 c. oil 1 c. pineapple, crushed with juice 1 c. grated carrots 1 c. chopped nuts 2 tsp. vanilla Mix all together; pour into 2 loaf pans (bread pans) lined with wax paper. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
