1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Grease deep dish pie plate. Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
